Kevin Murrell MRICS is the founding Director of M³ Dilapidations Consultancy and has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Industry.

​

He has specialised in Dilapidations and Lease Exit Strategy matters and has held positions  as Director at Altus Group LLP, Capita Real Estate & CS2 Chartered Surveyors.

​

He has successfully dealt with over 1300 dilapidations cases providing dilapidations assessments during the term, implementation of dilapidations works, negotiations of dilapidations claims and successful implementation of conditional break clauses and is experienced across office, industrial & retail sectors.

​

M³ Dilapidations Consultancy has been created to provide a high quality, director level service for both occupiers and landlords focusing solely on dilapidations and lease exit strategy.

​

Dilapidations is a complex area of the real estate cycle and in order for the best advice to be given it is essential that the surveyor has the experience, knowledge and expertise in order to put a lease exit strategy in place and minimise dilapidations costs.

​

He has previously worked for clients including Capita, Ecolab, Carphone Warehouse, Informa Publishing, Santander and many other office, industrial & retail occupiers.

​

He has acted as expert witness in the field of dilapidations and attended mediation on several occasions in order to assist the settlement of dilapidations claims. 

​

He regularly undertakes dilapidations presentations & seminars for clients, surveyors and solicitors.
